With over 20 years of regional and international experience in real estate development and asset management, Abdulaziz F. Al Khatrash currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ajial Real Estate & Entertainment Company. In his current position, Al Khatrash is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company including formulating strategic direction, establishing priorities, and monitoring its performance.
With a proven track record in strategic enterprise planning and architecture. He possesses broad knowledge of both the information technology and business methodology used to drive profit and efficacy across a number of key areas. Al Khatrash has consistently contributed to outcomes that added value and stability to the businesses he has been involved with especially within the in finance and property industries.
Prior to assuming the position of CEO in 2016, Al Khatrash served as a Board Member at the Ajial Real Estate, giving him in-depth understanding of the Company, its operating systems and industry landscape. Al Khatrash has in the past also held key management and leadership positions at Tijara Real Estate and Investment Company, First Dubai Real Estate Development Company, and the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK).
An Alumni of the Northeastern University, Boston in the United States, Al Khatrash has a degree in Management Information Systems.
